Our Team

Deborah Siegel is an attorney with extensive experience in federal enforcement and complex investigations. She served as Assistant Regional Director in the Philadelphia District Office of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where she oversaw and litigated numerous securities enforcement matters.

During her tenure, she was appointed Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, assisting a multi-agency task force in a multimillion-dollar international securities fraud prosecution. She holds a B.A. from Dickinson College and a J.D. from the Washington College of Law.
